We believe that service to humanity is the best work of life! The Raleigh Jaycees have been serving the Triangle area and state of North Carolina since 1932

The Raleigh Jaycees is Raleigh’s premier organization for young professionals ages 21-40. Chartered in 1932, we are an all-volunteer 200+ member civic organization that runs over 100 community service and leadership development projects each year. Annually we donate over $65,000 and countless volunteer hours to area organizations through our various projects.

The Raleigh Jaycees is an affiliate organization of the NC Junior Chamber of Commerce, the US Junior Chamber of Commerce and Junior Chamber International. The Jaycee movement began in 1921 as a commitment to leadership development for young adults, and is known worldwide as a training ground for community leaders.

The Boys & Girls Homes of North Carolina at Lake Waccamaw - Jaycee Cottage: The NC Jaycees support a cottage at the Lake Waccamaw Boys Home through fundraising and visitations.

Duke Comprehensive Cancer Center: The North Carolina Jaycees have been a partner with the Duke Comprehensive Cancer Center since 1987 and have contributed over $1,000,000 to aid the Cancer Center in making "life easier" for patients and families alike.

Goodfellows: Since 1934, the Raleigh Jaycees have treated area children to a full Christmas dinner, time with Santa Claus and a shopping spree for needed clothing and shoes. It is the longest continuously running Jaycee project in the world.

HOBY: Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership Seminar. For three days every summer, high school juniors interact with business and community leaders to probe issues that will help them become future leaders of tomorrow.

HOPE: Heritage Park Outreach Enterprise. The Jaycees partner with Heritage Park, a public housing community in downtown Raleigh. We assist by providing tutoring, a Cub Scout troop, scholarships, and area outings for kids.

NC Jaycee Burn Center: Since its opening, the Burn Center has treated thousands of patients with therapy and rehabilitation.
